The Midsouth region of the Society of Children’s Books Writers and Illustrators presents the Annual SCBWI Midsouth Fall Conference!  This conference endeavors to serve a wide range of attendees, from those just starting out on their creative journey all the way through those with extensive experience in the world of books. Please peruse the information here and in the event links below (or on the right-side event menu) before registering—we offer many options and you’ll want to make your decisions before starting registration.  When registration opens, the registration form and tickets will appear at the bottom of this page.

To Prepare for Conference

Midsouth thanks its many volunteers including the Fall Conference Committee and our brochure artist, Kris Sexton, who provided our event illustrations.  And thank you, our attendees, for coming to the Midsouth Fall Conference.

Important!  Before you begin, please read:

• Registration is not optimized for mobile devices.

• Please have your selections and payment information ready before starting registration.  If you browse away from the registration page, you may have to start over.

• After entering your Event Registration information, you must select your ticket to display the Fall Conference options that go with your ticket.

• After registration is completed, members may double-check their choices at any time by logging in to scbwi.org, clicking “My Home,” and then selecting “Event History” from the left-side menu. Then click on “View Registration Confirmation” for the 2018 Midsouth Conference. Non-members will not have this option, so make notes as you register to remind yourself of your selections.
